Description of issue | Here is the customer's email We have 2 problems with the cushions 1 - It is practically impossible to fix the upholstery with the pressures because inaccessible there is an extra thickness which prevents to be able to clip. when the boat is sailing the cushions do not hold 2 - This problem is much more annoying the upholstery is not waterproof (maybe because of the seams and or the non-waterproof fabric or the foam that absorbs ...) Everything is still very wet and customers are complaining. We even had comments on the internet about it .... How can we get it done? This is really a problem on this boat and in our opinion an after-sales service which must be taken care of by Highfield .... |
